Refunds, Damages, and Waivers
Plans change — we get it. Cancel 24+ hours in advance for a full refund. No same-day cancellations. Lost or damaged fans will result in a $50 charge. Missing bag? $25.
A waiver must be completed before we can deliver your rental.
